Without the correct trigger word your bot won’t know it's time to take over the conversation. When this happens:

• Go to your inbox

• Open up the conversation 

• Click the bot icon in your message composer

• Run the bot manually by choosing it from this list

You can create multiple trigger words for a bot in an effort to anticipate variations that may be texted.
