How to Change Text Alert Default Settings for Orders

Each time an order is created, your customer may receive a series of text messages – a message and link to an invoice, or a receipt. To manage which messages automatically send: 

  • Click the black arrow at the top right of the screen to show a drop down menu
  • Click Settings
  • Under Invoicing, select Orders
  • Uncheck which messages you don’t want to send automatically

  • Click Save Changes

  • Here, you also change what the automatic messages say. 
  • Set a delivery window so that your invoice alerts send only within certain hours of the day.
