How to Send a Broadcast (Mobile)

Overview

Sending a Broadcast is a great way to reach your customers and team members via one mass text. 

How to Send a Broadcast from the Mobile App

• Tap  on the + sign 

• Tap on New Broadcast 

• Tap on Select Recipients: from this menu, you can include or exclude lists, specific contacts, and tags.  Make sure to tap on Save.

• Select a Service: Customer Service number, Marketing number, or Shout to Shout (S2S)

Uncheck the box, shown in figure 2, if you  want contacts with Shout accounts to receive a text message instead of a Shout to Shout message.

• Compose your message, and tap on the Red Arrow to send your message
