How to Share Content to the Shout Mobile App

Overview
Sharing photos, videos, and files with friends, customers, and team members is a vital part of Shout. Now, we have made it even easier for you to share directly from your phone to the Shout app.
iPhone
- Open the photo, video, or file you would like to share. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Arrow icon.
- Tap on the Shout icon to share to Shout
- You may have to tap on the More icon in order to find the Shout icon.
- Scroll down until you find the Shout icon
- Tap on the Shout icon
- You can share content as a Direct Message, to a Group Chat, send a Broadcast Message, or add your photo or file to a Folder.
- In this example, we shared a photo as a direct message.
- Tap on the Red Arrow to share your content within Shout
Android
You will follow the same steps as iPhone users to share your files to Shout.
- Open the photo, video, or file you would like to share. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the Arrow icon.
- Tap on the Shout icon to share to Shout
- You may have to tap on the More icon in order to find the Shout icon.
- Scroll down until you find the Shout icon
- Tap on the Shout icon
- You can share your content as a Direct Message, to a Group Chat, send a Broadcast Message, or add your photo or file to a Folder.
- Tap on the Red Arrow to share your content within Shout
You can't share .csv files or google doc files from Google Drive on Android.
