How to Approve Join Requests

• Whenever someone requests to join a community you are an editor of, you will receive a Shout notification in your inbox.

• Click on the Followers tab within the Community
• Click on the Pending Follower Requests

• From Pending requests, you can Reject All or Approve All Requests 
• Click on the name of the user to view their request question responses

• From this page, you can Reject or Approve the user to follow the community

• From the Approved tab, you can view all approved requests.
• From the Rejected tab, you can view all of the rejected requests.

How to Automatically Add Users to a Community with Invite Links

• Click on Invite Links

• Click on the name of the invite link you want to edit

• Next to Add to Community, click on Edit

• Click on the name of the community you want the user to be added to automatically 
• Click Save

• Click on Save & Exit

How to Automatically Approve a Group Chat Request to Join if Someone is Following a Community

• Click on the Community
• Click on the Group Chats tab
• Click on the name of the group chat 

• From the Info tab of the group chat click on Edit
• Click on Edit Chat

• Click on the Permissions tab from the group chat settings
• Scroll down and click on Select to choose a community to auto-approve users to if they are already following the community

• Click on the name of the community
• Click on Select

• Click on Save

How to Automatically Add Users to a Community with Bot Actions

• Click on Bots
• Click on the name of the bot you want to edit
• Click on Edit Bot
• Choose a question to add an action to
• Click on Add Action
• Click on Add to Community

• Click on the name of the Community you want to add contacts to
• Click on Add Action

• Editors is the term used to describe the administrators of the community.
• Group chats have admins and communities have editors.
