How to Confirm an Address in Shout

Before being able to purchase a Shipping Label, the Contact's address must be confirmed in the Contact Profile. 

Confirm when Purchasing a Shipping Label

When you are going to purchase a shipping label, you will see the from and to address available to select. If an address is unconfirmed, you just click the address and it will open a modal where you can finish confirming the address.

• If an address is unconfirmed, click the Address Box
• A modal will open where you can type the address

• Click the correct address and it will confirm it for you

• If the address you're typing doesn't show up in the suggested address box to click on, select Manually enter an address
• Type the address in each box field, and click Create Address

Confirm from Contact Profile

• Click on People in the lefthand navigation
• Select Contacts
• Choose the Contact you want to confirm an address for
• Click the Address Box
• A modal will open where you can type the address

• Click the correct address and it will confirm it for you
