How Team Members Use Shout

  • 7 mths ago

Many leaders have found Shout to be a great tool to stay in touch with their teams, and may require their team members to sign up for a free Shout account. Even on a free S2S account, you can still access the majority of Shout's features, and stay in perfect contact with your team.

Which Plan Should I Choose?

Since Shout-to-Shout (S2S) messaging is free for everyone, you only need to be on the free plan to stay in touch with the rest of your team members.

1. Group Chat

Group Chat operates the same way that a Facebook Group might. You'll receive team updates, notifications, and need-to-know information there. You can ask questions and stay in touch with every member on your team.

2. Direct Messaging

Do you have a specific question for a team member? Send them a private DM outside of the group chat.

3. Purchasing/Viewing Team Content

A team member might share a link with you that contains a Bot or other Shout content that is team-specific. With the simple click of a link, you can add the content directly into your account. Occasionally, your team might require additional fees in order to add their content to your account through what is called Paid Folders
