How do I know if my message has been delivered?

  • Check your direct messages to see if the message has a black check mark.  
  • In figure A, the check mark is black, which means the message has been delivered.
  • In figure B, the check mark is grey, which means the message hasn't been delivered yet.
  • If you have a photo that hasn't sent, or is in the process of uploading, you may see anywhere from 0-100% on the photo itself indicating it's upload progress.

  • You may see a pop up box that says, "Message successfully sent." However, this box closes pretty quickly so it is easy to miss.


  • Tags:
  1. Tap on the icon of the person in the circle.
  2. Tap on Tags.
  3. Tap on the name of the tag you would like to check the message history of. In this example, we are checking the B-day tag. 

4.  Tap on History.

5. Check for the correct date and then check what time the message was sent.

  • Lists: 
  1. Tap on the icon of the person in a circle.
  2. Tap on Lists.
  3. Tap on the name of the list you would like to view the message history of. In this example we are viewing the Customers List.

  • Broadcast List:

1. Tap on Broadcasts from the side menu in the app.

2. Tap on Lists.

3. Tap on the name of the Broadcast List you would like to check the message history of. In this example we are selecting the Test Broadcast List.

4. Tap on History from the top menu. You may need to scroll horizontally to the left to find History, depending on the size of your screen.

5. Check for the correct date and then check what time the message was sent.
