How to Message Other Shout Users

Mobile

• Tap on + 
• Tap on New Message

• Type and select the name of the contact you want to message
• Tap on the + and tap on Select a Service: Shout-to-Shout, Customer Service, or Marketing 

• Compose your message and tap on the red arrow to send your message

Web

• Click on red + in the top right corner of the screen and click on Message

• Select the name of the contact you want to message

• Compose your message and click on the red arrow to send your message
