How to Update Your Billing Information

• Click on the Account button

• Click on Settings
• Click on Subscription

• Select Billing

• Click on Update Shout Payment Method

You can also click here to be directed to the billing page.

• A new window will open to Stripe, where you can Enter and Save your changes

• Updating your billing information is only available from a computer via a web browser or from the web browser of your mobile phone.
• Go to https://www.shout.app/profile/payment_information to login to your account on the web.
