How to Track Bots & Drip Campaigns (Mobile)

Bots automatically handle conversations for you. Drips allow you to send a series of messages on a schedule you set. Both can be managed from your phone!

  • Bots and drips need to be created and edited from your desktop or tablet or from the web browser on your mobile phone by going to Shout.app.

Access your bots from the profile menu. Here you can:

  • View all bots – active and paused

  • View in progress bots

  • Tap the bot to view:

    • Bot details

    • Pause/active 

    • Favorite

    • View contact in progress/that finished


  • From the Inbox, tap on the Profile Menu 
  • Tap on Bots 

To view your drip campaigns, tap on Drips, just above the bots icon. You will follow the exact same steps as bots for the rest of the tutorial.

  • Tap on All to view all of your bots
  • Tap on In Progress to view bots that are currently running

 


  • Tap on the profile menu
  • Tap on Bots or Drips
  • Tap on All or In Progress to view your bots or drips
  • Tap on the Name of the bot or drip (ex. Sammy Bot) you want to activate or pause

  • Tap on the Active button to turn your bot or drip on or off

  • In this example, the bot is no longer active

To pause a drip campaign, tap on Drips, just above the bots icon. You will follow the exact same steps as bots for the rest of the tutorial.


  • Tap on the profile menu icon
  • Tap on Bots 
  • Tap on All or In Progress to view your bots
  • Tap on the . . . next to the name of the bot ( ex. Contact Info Test Bot) you want to activate or pause

  • Tap on Pause


  • Tap on Bots from the profile menu
  • Tap on In Progress
  • Tap on the . . . next to the name (ex. Deal Test Bot) of the bot 
  • Tap on View Contacts in Progress
  • Tap on the Contacts In Progress to view the names of the contacts

  • Tap on the . . . next to the name of the contact you want to stop the bot for
  • Tap on Stop Bot from the drop down menu
