How to Download a Photo in Shout

On Web

• Hover over the photo until a gray box appears
• Click on the icon of the arrow in a circle to download the photo to your computer

The photo will appear in your computer's downloads folder.

On Mobile

• Long tap on the photo until a popup menu appears

• Tap on the Save Image to download the photo to your phone 

• On an iPhone, the photo will save to your Files app.
• On an Android device, the photo will be stored in the Downloads Folder in the My Files or Files Manager app. 
• On an iPhone, if you want to save the photo to your Photos app, tap on the Share button instead and select your Photos app.
• On an Android device, if you want to save the photo somewhere else, tap   on the Share button and select whatever app you would like to share the photo with.

• You can tap on Forward to forward the photo to another contact within the app.
• You can also tap on Share to share the photo to another app such as your email app, messages app, Instagram etc.
