How to Require a Signature for Deliveries

When creating a new shipping label you can decide if you’d like to require a signature at the time of delivery.

  • Create a Shipping Label from an existing order or from the Shipping page

  • Select From and To addresses

  • Click Save & Continue

  • When purchasing the shipping label, select Require Signature

  • Select additional shipping preferences – insurance, shipping service

  • Click Purchase Label

With Signature Confirmation, the USPS will require a signature at the time of delivery and will keep a record.
