How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancelling your subscription will downgrade your account to a free plan and release your assigned phone number(s). You will no longer be able to send and receive messages via your Customer Service Number or your Marketing Number. 

Cancel Your Subscription

• Cancelling must be done from the shout website on either the web browser of your mobile phone or from a computer at https://www.shout.app/profile/payment_information.
• Click on this link to the Shout billing page and login to your account 
• Click on Downgrade to Free

• Select a reason for cancelling your subscription
• Explain Why
• Type Cancel
• Click on Cancel Subscription
